The 2025 Marathon Race, held on 8th November at 5 a.m., brought an energetic start to the morning as senior and junior boys and girls participated with remarkable enthusiasm. The event showcased the physical endurance and competitive spirit of the students, with the boys covering a tough 4 km distance and the girls successfully completing a 2 km run. From the very first lap to the final sprint, participants displayed determination, resilience, and strong sportsmanship.
The winners were proudly awarded medals for their outstanding performance, marking their hard work and dedication. To encourage every participant, consolation prizes were thoughtfully presented to those who secured positions from 4th to 10th place, ensuring that no effort went unrecognized.
The race concluded on a cheerful note with light refreshments served to all, allowing everyone to relax and celebrate the moment together. The seamless organization of the event was made possible through the support and leadership of Vice Principal Fr. Somesh Tudu, St. Francis Xavier HS School, Dotma, along with the committed teamwork of the teachers. The marathon was not just a competition but a successful celebration of unity, fitness, discipline, and school spirit.
